GOD'S MASTERPIECES PIGEON LOFT

Genesis 1-2

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth......................

Then God said, "Let the skies be filled with birds of every kind-each producing offspring of the same kind. And God saw that it was good. Then God blessed them, saying "Be fruitful and multiply. Let the birds multiply on the earth."And God saw that it was good.

I have always appreciated God's creation but I have a special bond with birds and especially pigeons. Although most pigeons have the ability to fly whenever and wherever they want they still choose to associate with man. Whether for food or having a place to call home they will return to be cared for by humans. It is as if God is saying to the pigeon.

"I have given you freedom to enjoy being on the wing but never forget that you are cared for and that I long to see you come home."

When we think about it He did the same with us. After He created us He gave us the freedom to choose to love Him. Once we discover how good and loving He is the choice to come home to Him becomes easy.
